Play is Good – Especially For Survival?
We all know that play is great for cats as it helps to keep them engaged and their weight under control, but did you know that play is good for all animals, especially for survival?
It turns out that play is necessary, it helps with brain functioning and mental as well as physical flexibility in all animals. Not only in our pets, but also in our lives. When we play with our pets, it gives us joy, thus reducing stress and gets our brains to function and think about things in a different light.
Having an active mind will help animals live a longer and healthier life. It affects every single aspect of their life and shows them how to act and react in a variety of situations in life.
Play will help open minds and teach animals how to play in different situations, how to handle different life situations and how to interact with their humans better than animals that don’t play or know how to play.
This is a very interesting article and has videos included. It is interesting to know how vital a role play is in all animals lives, not just our pets.
